Need help choosing a product?  Text me at 661-305-1785 and let me know what you are needing help with. During the hours of 8am to 5pm PST I generally answer within a few minutes to an hour.  After hours text messages will be answered the next day. 

I respond to emails within 48 hours.  You can email me direct at thetarotwitchery@gmail.com  You may call or text me with product questions at 661-305-1785.  Please leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.  I DO NOT offer free spell work instruction.  I am happy to provide further information on my products or to offer recommendations.  

Processing and Shipping

I ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday excluding holidays. All my products are hand made and are not mass produced.  Most orders are filled in about 5 days, however, they can take up to 14 days to fill depending on the size of your order and how many orders I have.   Your order will be shipped to the address on file with PayPal, please make sure that address is correct - there are no exceptions for this. You will receive an email from PAYPAL when your oder ships with a tracking number.  I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are handed over to the post office.  Please use your tracking number to determine where your package is. All physical items and services are custom made and there are no refunds. IN THE US ONLY: If your items arrived damaged please notify me within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product and I will ship you a new one.

Magical tutoring and advice do not come with supplies.  Instructions/suggestions are provided in the listing or with your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Due to the high cost of shipping and the long way the package has to travel, I cannot be responsible for damage to your package during delivery.  All orders come with $100 worth of insurance from the USPS.  If you'd like more insurance, let me know and will invoice you separately for that.  PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR ORDER IS TOO LARGE TO FIT INTO THE PRIORITY MAIL BOX YOU PAID FOR AT CHECK OUT I MAY NEED TO CHARGE YOU FOR THE ADDITIONAL POSTAGE AND WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE SEPARATELY.  YOU CAN EITHER PAY OR DECLINE THE ORDER ALTOGETHER FOR A REFUND.  I KNOW THE PRICES ARE HIGH FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING BUT I DON'T HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THIS.

How can I pay?

I use PayPal as my payment processor, so I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay using your credit card.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. I never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells me that you've paid and I ship you your stuff. I receive payment through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account. Simply choose the option beneath the PayPal login as shown circled in red.
